PRICES

We accept cash only for payments, in U.S. dollars or in Costa Rican colones. We do not accept personal checks, travelers’ checks, credit cards, debit cards, or any other currency.
  • Intensive Spanish course at the Alternative Spanish Institute:

    • $450 per week including accommodations

    • 3 healthy and plentiful traditional Costa Rican and mostly vegetarian meals per day

    • 20 hours of Spanish classes per week

    • Spanish language manual

    • Hot showers

    • Free laundry service

    • Please inquire about additional Spanish classes and large group rates

    • We can arrange airport transportation for groups


  • Voluntary Work

    * For Volunteers:

    • $20 daily
    • Includes accommodations, meals, laundry, and guidance in the work on the farm


    * Spanish-Volunteer work

    • $20 daily includes accommodations, meals, laundry, and guidance in the work on the farm
    • $10 per hour of Spanish class

    * For families:

    • Inquire about family rates


  • Vacation

    • 1 day visit with food, tour, and guide: $22
    • 2 days, one night with food, lodging, and guide: $50
    • 6 days, 5 nights with food, lodging, laundry, and guide: $250

    • Inquire about individualized packages


  • Bed and Breakfast:

    • 1 night of lodging with breakfast: $35
